Policy and Terms of Service
Artwork rights belong to me. I reserve the right to post the finished commission to my social medias. As the commissioner, you may also post the artwork, but credit must be given.
Commissions are non-commercial only. The commission art may not be sold or used for monetary gain. Commissions may not be used as NFTs or to feed generative AI algorithms.
As the commissioner, you may not make changes to the art. This includes drawing over, recoloring, or putting the art under a filter.
I reserve the right to turn down a commission for any reason. Further, I reserve the right to not tell you my reasoning for refusing a commission.
Refunds will not be issued. Unless I am unable to complete the commission for whatever reason after beginning, refunds can not be issued. This is to prevent stress and confusion on my part.
Be prepared before you commission me. References, details, even a basic sketch of what you're looking for is helpful for me to get an idea of what you want. Please be as CLEAR as possible. If you do not have any specific ideas, I will take artistic liberty (remaining in line with the characterization to the best of my ability.)
Payment should be made through Paypal. Alternatively, you can pay through Ko-fi. Arrangements may be made prior to commissioning if you can not use either of these, in which case Discord Nitro or a Steam game from my wishlist may be purchased instead.
Payment must be sent before I begin work. Once we confirm the commission, you may send payment. I will send in-progress work throughout the process in case you would like to make changes. I prefer that large changes are not made once I have finished the final sketch, prior to coloring/rendering.
Maintain patience. I work through commissions as quickly as I can, but I am still only a person. Your patience with me is highly appreciated. Commission timeline is 2 weeks to a month, only to give me wiggle room. You can probably expect it finished before then, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
By commissioning me, you agree to the above terms and policies. Should you chose to violate any of these terms, I reserve the right to deny taking your commissions in the future.
